If you have problems logging in to your Vault, check the following:

Have you successfully completed the registration process?

Have you entered your correct Vault Number?

Have you entered your correct PIN code (remember the PIN code is case sensitive
- check that your key board is not in Caps Lock mode.

Have you entered the 3 digit number that appears to the right of the "Security
Code" box? This number is automatically generated everytime you visit the
website and greatly improves the security of your Vault.

Is your Internet connection running properly? Check it has not disconnected.

Did you remember to click on the "Enter Vault" button?
