This removes the need for paper forms, written correspondence and frustrating and time consuming delays before you can use WebVault.

 

However, we understand that you may have concerns in providing personal information over the Internet.

 

To help overcome this we have done a number of things, such as;

• All data sent is encrypted, using 128 bit encryption (same as the major SA banks)
• We only ask for the minimum information from you, such as;
  • names, postal address and e-mail
  • basic banking details to effect the monthly debit order
  • . some general questions that are only ever used by you when you have forgotten your password
• .

  Your information remains private and is passed to no other party (see our Privacy & Security Statements - these are all legally binding on WebVault).
